There is a discrete screened-in front porch for relaxing with a table and four chairs adjacent to the kitchen. The house has a new HVAC system with a HALO-LED that constantly purifies the air from contaminants and pollutants. There are two primary suites with pillow-top mattresses, one offering a gorgeous gulf front view and a king bed. The second primary suite has a queen-size bed with a private entrance.
