Every year we draw one lucky winner from our newsletter mailing list. You can sign up at the bottom of our website! The winner will receive one free 2-night vacation in a Gulf-front 1-, 2- or 3-bedroom condominium on the Alabama Gulf Coast courtesy of Sugar Sands Realty & Management.

• Giveaway is open to U.S. residents ages 18 and over.
• Limit one (1) entry per household.
• Entries must include name and e-mail address to be valid.
• Winner must be a current active member of Sugar Sands Website Mailing List. Sign Up at the very bottom right hand corner of our website.
• No need to be present to win.

• Giveaway winner may choose accommodations during specified date range. Subject to availability. Holidays are excluded from giveaway.
• Sugar Sands Realty & Management shall have no liability whatsoever for lost, late or misdirected entries.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
• One winner will be chosen from among all entrants by a random drawing in Gulf Shores.
• Winner will be notified by email or phone call within five days of the date of the drawing.
